Installation points

(2) Select the right bearing plate: select the right bearing plate according to the design requirements to ensure that its quality and size meet the requirements. The laying of the bearing plate should be smooth and firm to avoid warping and deformation.
(3) Install the raised floor support frame: Install the support frame according to the design requirements, and ensure that the horizontal and vertical of the frame meet the standards. At the same time, it is necessary to reasonably set expansion joints and drainage sinks to ensure the service life of the floor.
(4) Laying thermal insulation materials: Laying thermal insulation materials between the supporting frames can effectively improve the thermal insulation performance of the floor. It should be noted that the laying of insulation materials should be smooth and dense, and there should be no empty drum phenomenon.
(5) Install the raised floor surface: according to the design requirements, select the appropriate surface material for laying, to ensure that the laying is smooth and firm, and meet the requirements of use. During the installation process, attention should be paid to protecting the surface material to avoid scratches, damage, etc.
Maintenance points
(1) Keep clean: During daily use, the surface of the raised floor should be cleaned regularly to avoid damage to the floor caused by dust accumulation. At the same time, it is necessary to regularly check the support frame and pipeline lines, find loose or damaged timely maintenance and replacement. (2) Moisture-proof and waterproof: In the wet season and rainy season, pay attention to strengthen the moisture-proof and waterproof measures of the raised floor. You can apply waterproof paint or lay waterproof materials on the surface of the floor to avoid water penetration and damage to the floor.
