Daily cleaning is actually quite simple. Just keep the floor surface dry and free of dust. Use a damp mop that has been wrung out or a static-dissipating mop to wipe in the direction of the grain. Never use a wet mop or a cleaning agent with strong acids or strong alkalis, such as toilet cleaner or powerful scouring powder. Otherwise, it will damage the anti-static coating on the surface.
When using it regularly, please pay attention to the following points: Avoid wearing shoes with spikes when walking on the floor. When moving heavy objects, do not drag them directly on the floor; it is better to use protective padding. Do not place chairs with black rubber bottoms on the floor as it is easy to leave black stains that are difficult to remove. At the same time, try to keep the indoor temperature between 15℃ and 35℃ and the humidity between 45% and 75%. Excessively dry or humid environments will affect the performance of the floor.

If you want the anti-static effect to remain stable over a long period, it is recommended to perform regular deep maintenance. For instance, conduct a thorough cleaning every six months, followed by applying anti-static wax for protection; open part of the floor every quarter to remove the accumulated dust in the suspended space; and use a dedicated instrument to test the surface resistance once a year to ensure it is within the standard range. By doing these things, the all-steel anti-static floor will not pose any problem after being used for 10 to 15 years, and the HPL-coated one can even last longer.
Developing standard operating habits not only makes the floor more durable but also helps avoid additional costs for replacement due to improper maintenance in the future.
